There's nothing like watching a spouse running the sweeper, making breakfast, or watching him mow the grass.
I always loved to catch my husband watching me at whatever task or wake up in the morning to find that he had been watching me sleep. It was the simple things that took my breath away.
I look forward to having my breath taken away again someday...

Lol, I find that a lot in the romance novels...or novels that involves a married couple in it. Something special always happens in the kitchen lol

Perhaps one day you will be happily married and you and your hubby will be cooking in the kitchen too, steaming some veggies or maybe a little stir fry or a little dish simmering on the stove.

True. They learn enough of how not to treat the people they care about on TV and from society. Nothing wrong with young people knowing what true love and relationships can really be and that they Do exist!

Disappointed so far that no one seems willing to share even a personal glimpse into how even an ordinary thing shared in a relationship can be an intimate and romantic encounter if your heart is open to that possibility, or if not currently in a relationship you imagine such an encounter happening. Even washing the dishes can be romantic as there are suds involved. Perhaps there is no one who is in a romantic relationship on this site or maybe the honeymoon is over and now the only thing to look forward to is taking out the trash. Even that can be a rewarding experience if that activity is shared with someone that you love. Maybe I'm just looking at things the wrong way, that could very well be because I am no expert on intimate romantic relationships. I did enjoy sharing the pizza that my wife made last night though. It was exceptional.

I'll make you a deal, tourist... you help pray a Godly man into my life and I'll be more than happy to post some cool stuff because I am very much a romantic and think that some of the coolest and more romantic things shared come from common everyday life type happenings. Deal??!! lol

I will remember you in my special morning prayers that I say before I go to work in the morning. I will pray for God to search and find a loving and faithful man of your heart's desire. I absolutely agree with you that it can be most romantic and intimate to share common everyday things together. I will keep an eye out for your romantic cool stuff in the future. I am sure that this will happen, sooner rather than later. Maybe might even be a single available man on this very site. Actually, I met my wife on this site shortly after I joined who is a member. Ok, not to (try to) dilute any spiritual aspect to romance or relationship, but rather meant as a way of underlining the beauty of what God wants for us.. (hoping my disclaimer is sufficient LOL) ... Have any of you ever seen the movie UP? (Disney). I have to admit that I haven't seen the whole thing, I had a really difficult time getting through it bc my heart was just too tender to it at that time, although I do still want to go back and watch it eventually.

ANYWAY.. my point being... the Christian singer JJ Heller sings (maybe wrote?) the song that accompanies the love story. Someone put together a video of the love story part to the song. It is so sweet that it breaks my heart. I SO want a love this tender and devoted with someone someday... <3

My wife is JesusLives and she is definitely cool and was the catch of a lifetime. It all started out so innocently exchanging an occasional PM but later we just sort of fell in love. We spoke of our love in my Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band thread that I created before we were a couple for all the other lonely people on the site. Around August 2014 in the thread we started to sing songs to each other. We had a huge following because we were willing to share what we felt with the rest of the site. We had our 15 minutes of Christian Chat fame that's for sure.
