Our mom yelling, "What in the world...?" was enough of a deterrent to cause my siblings and me to stop dead in our tracks and take a quick evaluation of our antics. And her frozen stare of exasperation told us not to proceed any further with our foolishness. ROFL!!
It was so effective, I used it on my children and my daughter tells me it works wonders with her brood as well.
