I have been reading through Isaiah and the verse above smacked me right between the eyes.
There is nothing new under the sun.
Modern day liberals are puffed up with knowledge and impressed with themselves. They deny God and say that I am. Not a humble or contrite bone in their bodies
While modern day liberals may not be amassing armies to invade and destroy and plunder countries, their recent ruthless and ultra aggressiveness has shown they are of the same spirit as the ancient Babylonians.
In fact, they have morphed into something more sophisticated and insidious than those Babylonians. This latter group, the spiritual descendants of those destroyers of the first temple, are after the hearts and minds of the young and vulnerable. To turn them into twice the sons of hell that they are.
