One of my friends is not a Christian, she is atheist. I relly want her to become a Christian, but she has no desire to what-so-ever. Her parents used to go to the church I go to when i was a toddler, but all of a sudden they stopped coming. She says that her parents are in denial, and that they wont admit that they are really atheist. I dont know why they would be in denial though. I talked to my parents about it and they think that maybe her parents really are still Christian, but she is just atheist herself. Any time somebody tries to talk to her about it, she gets very mad at that person. I try to sound innocent when i ask her about it, so that she wont get mad at me and stop talking to me. If i make her mad, she wont be my friend anymore, and then i wont be able to help her. I have no idea what to do! Please help me!!!

Hi Kay
I know you don't know me so my name is Angel, I'm 22 years old, I'm married, and I have two kids. My situation is something like yours but it is my husband I don't think he's atheist I just think he don't want to hear it because he don't want to come back to God and backslide again. The only advice I can give you is to keep praying for her and she will come around eventually. Sometimes when you can't talk to someone you just pray for them. You know our God is a mighty God and there is nothing too hard for him. S just ask him in Jesus name to open your friend ear, heart, and eyes to recognize the things of the world and flee from it and to develop a relationship with God.

I would say regard her beleifs. If she thinks that the proper choice is to remain atheist, let her. If it turns out she was wrong, it'll never be too late to turn back right? I think your friendship with her should be more important to you than her faith, though.
