Seems like a nice idea. I'm not sure if the same is true for the teens, but i know there is a gap between 'forums users' and 'chat users' with a bit of overlap where a few people may utilize both. If this is true for teens as the rest of the site it may be difficult to pull this together in forums.
Perhaps approach RoboOp about trying to get an 'official teen bible study'. That way it could be more broadly advertised. Hope you can make something work either way.
