Typically, I never listen to Christian music except when I want to clear my mind of unholy things. I personally prefer instrumentals of sorts. Acoustics, classical, pop, some hip hop, dubstep, electro, house, techno, DNB, Liquid DNB, Trance, House, and Progressive just to name a few of the genres I like to listen to.I'll give you a few of the happiest instrumentals from my playlist on YouTube!

This one's an orchestral theme from LittleBigPlanet 1. Totally jolly.
LittleBigPlanet - Gardens Theme Music by Mat Clark & Kenneth Young - Perfect Recording - YouTube

Like the above^ but with more adventurous overtones.
Croc Soundtrack: Adventure Begins - YouTube

One of my favorite songs that inspire me to keep going, regardless of how many times I fail.
Happy Good Mood Instrumental Music - Pop Orchestral - YouTube

I LOVE THIS SONG. If you're going to check out anything I'm dumping here, CLICK THIS ONE.
Spontaneous Me Lindsey Stirling - YouTube

This is an uplifting beat with some distorted vocals. Think retro techno.
She - Computer Music - YouTube

This one inspires me to take a jog.
Sonic Unleashed Music - Rooftop Run: Day - Spagonia - YouTube

Simply. Epic. Piano. Reminds me exactly how beautiful the world in which we live really is, minus the corruption set into motion by mankind.
Desert Symphony (Southern Utah's Landscape) - The Piano Guys - YouTube

Uplifting techno.|
Rocco & Bass-T - Tell Me When (Techno Part) - YouTube

DnB, pretty happy and upbeat. Again, retro. So if you no likes retro then you might want to check out the other stuff on my playlist.
Feint - The Things We've Seen (Clip) - YouTube

Lemme know what you think of the playlist I've assembled!... I'd love some feedback. Sometimes I think I'm totally invisible because I'm irrelevant because I have the patience to type up long posts such as this. But I ain't hatin' on nobody for their reading habits or taste in music.

Typically I listen to Metal when I want to be put in a good mood. Bands like Trivium, In Flames, In Fear And Faith, Across The Sun, and so on, usually do the trick. If I'm feeling an easier listening kind of mood I typically go with The Beach Boys, John Denver, and Josh Groban, Mumford and Sons, Fall Out Boy, etc.

I really love "Give Me Your Eyes", and "This Is The Stuff". I don't yet know a lot of the Christian bands. I've stated this before but I love Barry Manilow. Josh Groban is amazing. But I do listen to Christian music radio when I'm in the car and it feels really good.

I will definately check those out. Thanks, Nancy! ^_^ And yes, I find that listening to Christian radio in the car is soooo calming. Everyone seems to get slightly crankier when they are behind the wheel. I think not only is it calming, but it's a great way to start off the morning and a hopeful, positive day! <3
God Bless!

*goes through massive itunes list* :p

Christy Nockels has some great songs. Namely A Mighty Fortress, Healing is in your hands.

I also love Josh Wilson's song Before the morning, I tear up every time.

Kari Jobe's my all time favorite, especially her songs Love Came Down, What love is this, Steady my heart, You are for me.

Some of Kutless's more recent songs are currently stuck in my head, Carry me to the cross & I'm still yours

And then there's Mandisa, some really good ones are Stronger, Never gonna steal my joy, These days

And Meredith Andrews, with You're not alone, In your arms, Draw me nearer.

Also 33 Miles, their songs Hold on and Jesus Calling.

I have a lot more but these are just a couple :)
