Anxiety and worry are both attacks on the mind intended to distract us from serving the lord. The enemy also uses both of these torment to press out faith down, so it cannot rise up and help us live in victory.

I myself suffered from social anxiety, worrying about things I can’t control, worrying about the future and so much more. But with God I overcome them and have a personal relationship with God.
I gave my anxiety, worries to God. Because the battle belongs to him.

Some people have a problem with worry that it might even be said that they are addicted to worrying. If they don’t have something of their own to worry about, they will worry over someone else’s situation.

Peace isn’t something that can be put on a person, it’s a fruit of the spirit ( Galatians 5:22) and fruit is the result of abiding in the vine ( john 15:4) Abiding relates to entering the rest of God’s spoken of in the forth Chapter of Hebrews as well as other places in the word of God.

God knows what what we need before we ask. If we will simply make out requests know to him ( Philippians 4:6) He will bring them to pass in His own good timing. Worrying will not help out cause at all . It will just add to our problem.

Don’t worry, Trust( lean on, rely on, and be confident) in the lord and do good; so shall you dwell in the land and filers surely on His faithfulness and truly you shall be fed ( psalm 37:3).

God bless you
Thanks

Hi There!
I was just scrolling and noticed your very kind post. I'd like to share a song with you called The Smile Challenge. It seems to fit right in with what you are saying. It's a song that Jesus gave to me to help me with my anxiety. I'm all better now! Maybe it could benefit someone that you know.
