The acronym for fear is, False Evidence Appearing Real. Both faith and fear are spiritual forces. They oppose each other and cannot coexist. Whichever you feed will increase in power and strength in your life, and produce evidence of its existence. We live in a world where many people live out their fears instead of their dreams, simply because they spent more time and energy feeding their fears instead of their faith.
The Bible teaches us that Job fed his fear, year in and year out. As a result, what he chose to meditate on, became his reality. He said, "...the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me." Today, chose to spend quality time meditating on things that inspire and build your faith, and refuse to give any attention to fearful thoughts. Cast every care you have onto the Lord, trusting Him to take care of it. As we feed our faith and not our fear, we will experience the evidence faith produces - a life style of breakthrough and victory no matter what challenges come against us.
