Don't give the enemy a foothold in your own front door! When we tolerate strife of any kind, without even realising it, we entertain confusion and every evil work of the enemy is welcomed in. Train yourself to hold your tongue in anger and consistently walk in love. Teach your children to respect and treat each other with kindness. If you can master over strife in your own home, you can be sure the enemy will have no grounds to hold you back from walking in your godly authority anywhere else. So keep your eyes wide open to detect the enemy's tactics and act quickly and decisively to keep strife out of your home. Let the peace and love of God have dominance, making your home a safe haven.

Amen! I don't usually have to deal with strife at home, BUT AT WORK, now that's a whole different situation! Please keep me in prayer in regards to holding my tongue in anger and consistently walking in love AT WORK. Thanks and God bless you! :)

Meanwhile, my parents bickering to each other about the plot of Orange Is The New Black is about as much strife as we get here, lol.

I will do that Dan. There's a certain amount of strife at work for me also that requires much prayer so I can set a good moral example while still doing the job I am paid to do. Holding one's tongue can be very trying at times.
