Almost daily since President Trump was elected. we see a constant barrage of comments by liberal pundits and the far left media stating that they fear losing “their democracy.” I’m here to tell you and them, we are not now, nor have we ever been a democracy. Hello? Lights are on but nobody seems to be at home at the Democratic plantation. Perhaps we should consider utilizing those FEMA camps they intended for us and use them as re-education camps for every liberal in the country? We could start with the introductory video below as a required course:

Why America is a Republic, NOT a Democracy

Remember back when Obama said the greatest threat to national security was right-wing Christian extremist groups? Now we are faced with the specter of radical left-wing extremism and they are calling for a revolution. Nowhere in Obama’s wildest dreams did this ever take place under his administration, and nowhere ever did we see any “right-wing extremists” calling for a revolution.

From February 21, 2015 9:40 AM As seen on Fox & Friends Weekend

“During his three day summit on Countering Violent Extremism, President Obama continued to reject the notion that the West is at war with radical Islam. So what does the Obama administration identify as the real threat?

According to reports leaked from the Department of Homeland Security, the real danger to U.S. national security isn’t ISIS or radical Islamic terror, but domestic right-wing extremists.

Dr. Sebastian Gorka said on “Fox and Friends Weekend” he couldn’t recall an instance in the last 20 years when right-wing extremists flew jumbo jets into buildings, set off bombs at a marathon or beheaded 21 Christian hostages.

“It really is the most egregious politicization of national security,” Gorka stated. “We’re going to be looking for right-wing extremists when ISIS prepares to attack us? It’s outrageous.” “

So where is DHS now? Why haven’t they issued any warnings about domestic radical left-wing extremists being a real danger to U.S. national security? Especially after radical far-left Antifa and BLM has been openly rioting in the streets? Inquiring minds want to know.

I find it laughable that now the radical left is calling for violent revolution. They having been calling for decades to disarm the law-abiding American gun owners of their right to defend themselves, yet who is now calling for a violent revolution? NOT the NRA. NOT law-abiding gun owners, but the same liberal lunatics that are responsible for every mass-casualty shooting in the United States since 1982, if not all of the previous decades since Abraham Lincoln was assassinated.

I also find it interesting since my time in academia, that one of the concepts liberal educators talk about constantly is the art of “critical thinking.” Oh really? So why haven’t liberals done any critical thinking lately?

So I call your critical thinking into play here....... isn't it the extreme's on both sides at play here? You are obviously biased to the right extreme's, however I say both extreme's are at fault. Rarely those in the middle call for violence, it is always the extremes. Those so unwilling for conversation that they get violent. Jesus was never violent and only used aggression towards those using spiritual grounds for financial gains.

I ask you if you are really against extremist's or just the left. I can whole heartedly agree, as liberal as I can attempt to be, that there are liberal ideals in place that are appalling.

Extremist groups are the ones that use violence instead of democracy, left and right. And that is a problem both foreign and local. Ask yourself why you are so against foreign extremist's rather than those who are prone to violence in general.

Our "democracy" (which could be questioned in the true sense), is one that keeps all sides relevant and spoken on. We keep everyone in the light and allow all sides to be present. If you disagree with a philosophy it is your right to state it and stand on a soap box to say so. No one is going to stop you. Here you are on a soap box and I am on my own speaking to you as well. There are many places in this world where your "conspiracy theory" would be banned and blocked. Here it is not. So I give you my counter point and am willing to listen to your rebuttal.

I tend to stay away from politics in general all it does is cause division even within the body and we have enough things diving us as it is. I mean the enemy has already skillfully divided us with denominations alone and within those denominations we have division of doctrine and within the doctrine the understanding and views of the scriptures themselves and then you throw in politics where everyone is at odds and blast each other because of where they stand in the system of it and it's no wonder God's love is waxed cold in this world because we are too focused fighting each other.

Set your heart and eyes upon God and his kingdom first and beware of the poison that politics can bring, it's one thing to discuss and debate politics but make sure to check your heart and see what it is doing to you.

Thank you for that insight. I am often blatently at odd's with christians online. Far to often they forget the heart of Jesus and the fact that they are sinners themselves. Still I feel that the bible speak as true as it may be is subverting the OP statement.

Still, I feel that if I had to sum up Jesus it would be Matthew 25

As to the OP, I think you need to find a person in need that may have different views than yourself. Rather than focusing on the abstract thought's of left vs right, go find someone who is considered extreme and tend to what they lack. You will find it truly healing to them and yourself. Being so caught up in you vs them is tiring, look for what you can solve.

Believe me we are all guilty of being at odds with each other to much and yes many seem to forget the heart of Jesus and instead of love we tend to show malice especially in heated debates but I have always found that to be all the more to set the example and show his love and heart even in the midst of a fiery debate. Of course one must know when to wipe their feet and walk away
