Once again, a simple special effect has deceived you.
They slowed the rover footage down .5X to achieve the visual effect of less gravity.
That is ALL they did. For the astronaut walking portions they slowed the footage down AND had them wear wires.
Here is the rover footage sped up 2X so that you can see the natural motion of everything:

The moon rover is clearly on earth in the clip, the way the rover moves and handles as well as the dirt flinging.
IF IT WAS AUTHENTIC FOOTAGE ON THE MOON SPEEDING THE FOOTAGE UP 2X WOULD NOT MAKE IT LOOK LIKE IT WAS ON EARTH!
A simple 1960's "special effect" of slowing the footage down. You need to really think about the fact that speeding the footage up makes everything look like it is on earth, that should be conclusive evidence that it's a fake video. It's suppose to be 1/6 of the earth's gravity, yet if you speed the footage up it appears to be earth gravity, THAT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE UNLESS IT'S A FAKE VIDEO MADE ON EARTH AND SLOWED .5X!

it start's at the 27:44 minute mark and the explanation is like 60 seconds thereafter.

all that would do in the graph below is widen the X-axis gradation. it would not affect the Z-direction in the measured trajectory, and so would not match the action of dust on the earth's surface.

Things don't just fall slower in low gravity - they rise higher in the air for a given initial velocity. Think. When you watch a base hit una baseball game in slo motion, it doesn't become a home run.

And that's what we see in the LEV footage: dust flying higher that it should in earth gravity, in a different parabolic path. A path that statistically matches lunar gravity.
The path it takes is completely independent of the speed you play the video.
