Well, the Nazis wanted what they believed was the "perfect" race … blond haired, blue eyed Germans. They did forced sterilization on those they did not believe were fit for society. They exterminated 5-6 million Jews, around 500,000 disabled, 15,000 homosexuals and many more people groups by the hundred of thousands.

What is actually "just crazy" is the Book written by the Churches great Martin Luther "On the Jews and their Lies", 1543, helped set the stage for annellation/ euthansia of around 6 million Jews....

the anti Jew idea goes way back. in the middle ages there were many folklore stories of the Jews coming out of the woods at night, stealing children and sacrificing them. before that in the days of constintine people are quoted as refering to the superstitious Jews and their dark ways. somehow they were trying to connect Jews to dark occult and human sacrifice. the Canaanites were big into human sacrifice and the Lord ordered the Israelite to destroy them. its all misinformation but why?
i always liked Luther but never agreed with his anti Jew thoughts, he may have been going off bad information.

I'll be honest there is nothing greater, next to Scripture, than Martin Luther's 95th Thesis that he nailed to the door! As a Jew, I wanted to make two points with my commit.... One: The POWER Anti-Semitism can have in the Church and then IN THE WORLD!!!

whats the power of anti semitism?
and what did hitler and the nazis have against Jews? some might claim they believed the Jews wanted to control and manipulate the economy yet the rothchild (Jewish) family is the most powerful banking family in the world and their fortune was left intact.
IMO their hatred for Jews is connected to their belief. if you served the powers of darkness what would be a better sacrafice than the people the Most High chose as His own people.
and my thoughts on the rothchids, they may be Jewish but are about as Jewish as king herod, in name only.

Is Jews a race? This is really the question....

Ok... So is it alright to try to wipe out a race because of a bank? Or do you think all 5,000,000+ Jews were from that one family? Maybe many came from that family but the numbers say they came from 12 tribes....

They are 'prideful', like Lucifer when he got cast out of heaven and certainly possessed with hatred in imagining everyone else is sub-standard.

Nothing happens in a vacuum. Hitler and the Nazi's didn't just swoop up from hell and take over Germany, start killing Jews, and try and take over the world.

Anti semitism has always existed throughout the world ever since God chose the Jews as the earthly people of God. It was prevalent throughout Europe and Russia years before WWII. Because the Jews seek to retain their chosen people or race identity, this helps fuel the natural anti semitism among the Gentiles.

Jews are very good at what they do, especially with money. Thus over time they will begin to be the controllers of banks and the economy as much as they can. This too adds fuel to anti semitism. In other words, why are you in our country taking over our wealth?

Hitler would have been affected by all of this growing up. Just as the German people were. And of course his own experiences would have added to it. I believe WWI played a big role in this. I don't have the quote at hand right now, but there is a two volume book on Hitler, written by Ian Kershaw. It is very good. Of course Hitler fought in WWI and was wounded. Kershaw points out that there were Jews in Germany who refused to fight. Then when Germany lost the war, you can imagine his hatred for the Jews.

At the Treaty of Versailles the German people were given a raw deal. They were blamed for the whole war and forced to pay retribution and much of their land taken away. The German people were belittled and life in Germany was very difficult. This paved the way for acceptance of a strong leader who told them to be proud to be German. They had been beat down for so long they wanted to get back up again and Hitler said what they wanted to hear.

So, you are correct that they were not just a bunch of crazy people. They was much in the cauldron that contributed.

When Adolf Hitler was 17 years old, a radical change occurred in his life.

A friend close to Hitler was deeply shaken by his voice. In his book called The Psychopathic God
—Adolf Hitler, Robert G.L. Waite wrote: “After gazing intensely at his friend for a full minute,
he began to speak. ‘Never before and never again have I heard Adolf Hitler speak as he did in
that hour ….’ [August] Kubizek thought there was something strange about Hitler that night.

‘It was as if another being spoke out of his body, and moved him as much as it did me. … I rather
felt as though he himself listened with astonishment and emotion to what burst forth from him with elementary force.’” … What Hitler said that night has been lost, but one thing was burned into
Kubizek’s memory. Adolf did not speak of becoming an artist or an architect.

Now he saw himself … as the messiah of his people.
Satan the devil exalts himself in the same way. (Isaiah 14:13-14)

Much of the world looks upon the Jews as God’s chosen people. In Vienna, Hitler came to
believe that God had replaced the Jews with the Germans and the Holy Roman Empire.
He believed the Germans were God’s chosen people.

At a Nazi Christmas celebration in 1926, Hitler said, “Christ was the greatest early fighter in
the battle against the world enemy, the Jews. … The work that Christ started but could not finish,
I—Adolf Hitler—will conclude.” Again, this is eight years before Hitler became führer!
The German people heard exactly what Hitler planned to do, and they still elected him!

Hitler thought he could accomplish something that even Jesus Christ supposedly couldn’t.

“We are not a movement. Rather, we are a religion,” Hitler said.
“I’m going to become a religious figure.”

Here is the total number of Jews killed by the top concentration camps: Auschwitz: 1 million;
Treblinka: 750,000; Belzec: 550,000; Sobibor: 200,000; Chelmno: 150,000; Lublin: 50,000.
A better name for these outposts would be extermination camps! Yet Hitler reached the height
of self-delusion, claiming he was a messiah-type.

Hitler considered the Jew to be the devil personified. He heard voices as he lay on his hospital
bed in 1918, telling him to rescue his motherland from the Jews.

Satan lied to Hitler. He convinced Hitler that the Jews were evil, thus justifying his goal to
exterminate them. In reality, Hitler was Satan personified. Hitler attacked the Jews because
he believed they were Satan’s tool, but they are actually the exact opposite. “In truth, the Jews
have been specially commissioned to preserve the oracles of God (Romans 3:1-3)

His Holiness welcomed Hitler’s representative, Franz von Papen,
most graciously and remarked how pleased he was that the German
government now had at its head a man uncompromisingly opposed to
communism and Russian nihilism in all its forms.

“The Vatican was so appreciative of being recognized as a full partner
that it asked God to bless the Reich. On a more practical level, it ordered
German bishops to swear allegiance to the National Socialist regime.

‘In the performance of my spiritual office and in my solicitude for
the welfare and the interest of the German Reich, I will endeavor
to avoid all detrimental acts which might endanger it’”
-

-In 1938, Hitler had brought the insignia of Charlemagne’s First Reich,
the imperial crown, the orb of empire, the scepter and the imperial sword
from Vienna to Nuremberg.

Hitler gave his most “inspired” speeches at the frenzied, torch-lit meetings in there.

tradition of Charlemagne.”Charlemagne was crowned emperor of
the Holy Roman Empire in a.d. 800—the First Reich.

They all came from Abraham. They are a race as defined by science and other technical stuff. Learn more about it at the old testament of just about any bible you pick up.

Are Jews a Different race than Israeli ? I am confused about this because american Israeli people refer to themselves as Jewish but the people that I have met from Israel refer to themselves as Israeli?

You know better than I Quantrill, You and I agree on absolutely nothing. However, I have have studied a little bit of European history. ( american) and I Agree with you on this. The Jewish people were taking over all the businesses in Germany. Hitler was " the devil" but he came at just the right time...( When the Germans were fed up.) And they were more justified in their actions then when we (Europeans) committed genocide on an entire race of people here in America Which we had no justification for but greed!!!
