The sins were so familiar that questions nothing new. I pray, "Lord, can you forgive me for what I put you through?" Though the sins that I've surrendered were too much to forget, Jesus must have known my struggles as he looked at me and said,

"I can't remember yesterday. Your sins are forgiven; washed away and all that really matters now is living for today. As you reach towards tomorrow, just remember there are no yesterdays."

I guess it's only human to doubt from time to time when you face the same temptations you thought you left behind, but what sins you still remember take you back to where you've been, you just need to be reminded of his promise once again.

"I can't remember yesterday. Your sins are forgiven; washed away and all that really matters now is living for today. As you reach towards tomorrow, just remember there are no yesterdays."
