I have four yoga centres near me.
1) Yoga Bindu
An image search shows this place has an altar in it dedicated to hindu gods. Their website shows they have Hatha classes and kundalini classes, an intense workout to help the nervous system.
2) Inner Harmony Yoga studio
They have several classes including tantra yoga designed to stimulate the desires of the body.
3) Yoga at the Y
No description available.
4) People's Yoga (Health and dance)
They offer yoga for kids, basic yoga, kundalini yoga, belly dancing, zumba and more.
Which one would go to? I say none.
