Are we to believe the plagues of Egypt were literal?
Was it literal frogs, or lice? Or is there a deeper meaning needed to gain understanding of our world around us?

If you are not aware, the whole earth is spiritual Egypt and Babylon.

Psalms 78:42-53

42 They remembered not his hand, nor the day when he delivered them from the enemy.
43 How he had wrought his signs in Egypt, and his wonders in the field of Zoan.
44 And had turned their rivers into blood; and their floods, that they could not drink.
45 He sent divers sorts of flies among them, which devoured them; and frogs, which destroyed them.
46 He gave also their increase unto the caterpiller, and their labour unto the locust.
47 He destroyed their vines with hail, and their sycomore trees with frost.
48 He gave up their cattle also to the hail, and their flocks to hot thunderbolts.
49 He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them.
50 He made a way to his anger; he spared not their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence;
51 And smote all the firstborn in Egypt; the chief of their strength in the tabernacles of Ham:
52 But made his own people to go forth like sheep, and guided them in the wilderness like a flock.
53 And he led them on safely, so that they feared not: but the sea overwhelmed their enemies.

I know the answer. I just want people to understand what's going on. We are living this today.
There is pestilence and plagues still being poured upon earth, yes indeed ...

Well it would seem Toledo is in a bit of a bind today and perhaps sometime in the past people would have thought of such a problem, if it did occur, to have some religious relevance whereas today it becomes a scientific debate excluding God for the most part.

Revelations 6: 8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

In this scripture I can understand killing with the sword and with hunger but I wonder what killing with death is. The first things that comes to mind with killing with beasts are such things as killer bees and fish. I haven't heard much about killer bees in the news lately but the invasion of "Asian" carp and their rapid proliferation in the American waterways might eventually be detrimental to human life.

I failed to mention the Toledo problem. Toledo, parts of Monroe County under do not use water advisory | News - Home It seems even with water purification systems in place the toxins produced by the algae cannot be eliminated by boiling the water.
