I don't know if I would be so bold to claim that the eternal God hates for few reasons;
One, Matt 15:11-18Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.
While it might be written in the Bible that the eternal God hates, it is not the word that a man hears or reads that defiles him, it is the word that he speaks which defiles him. So therefore having never heard the voice of the eternal God nor seen his shape, I can't honestly say that the eternal God hates. Now the Son of the eternal God, that is a different story considering what is written in John 5:37.
Two, John 3:11 "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen;"
Yet, I still can't say the Son of the eternal God hates either since the LORD hates with a 'perfect hate'. And all I have seen and experienced with the LORD I am lead to the opinion that 'perfect hate' defines chastisement and and not hate, so if you hold the Bible as the Word of God, then in Ps 139:22 I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies. And what does Jesus teach us about our enemies? Luke 6:35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.
And finally, since this is the then there is Heb 12:8-9
8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.
9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?
