Beware CatHerder, singlemamma. He is known as a sweet talker (beware sporting that new hat of yours) and a food snob. :p

Welcome to the site! You'll find quite a few people here looking for friends, also. If you want something more in real time, we have chat rooms that are apart from the forums.

Singlemamma84,

I'm sure you're a very nice person, but I never chat with "moms".

It's not personal... it's more like... a scientific issue.

1. Moms are females with children.
2. Children are tiny insane people.
3. The insanity from the tiny insane people is "most likely" contagious.
4. Mom's have probably caught the insanity from the tiny insane people, and aren't even aware.
5. Sometimes moms don't even have symptoms of the insanity disease... some moms are just "carriers".
6. Scientific studies have PROVEN that, in fact, most moms are indeed insanity "carriers".
7. Scientific studies have also PROVEN that once children eat away at your brain, the damage is irreparable.

Here are a few symptom's of the insanity disease caught from children:
1. Playing with blocks when nobody is looking
2. Making up bizarre stories about where babies come from
3. Watching reruns of My Little Pony
4. Buying lots of tiny clothes that are WAY too small for you to ever wear
5. Getting up at 5am because a tiny insane person is in the room... staring at you

These are just a few of the symptoms... but it goes on and on.

It's all incredibly insidious.

: )

That's the way all these threads go. You'll get used to it. After a while the thread will get back to the original topic.

There is more than one weight lifting Brony that frequents this forum. Probably more than two actually.

Welcome to CC Singles, singlemamma. We're a bunch of nice people but they call this an asylum. I don't know why.

It's probably because we all see straight jackets as "fashion statements" and instead of "therapeutic accessories."

Welcome, mamma! You're going to find plenty of people to carry on with (and maybe be carried away with) here.

Kim, I keep telling you you're putting the jackets on too tight for your victims.... err I mean dates.

You've gotta let them breathe a little bit. Straight jackets are second date attire. You need to just stick to the club and the burlap sack.

Well I'll be doggone'd, Servant... I think you may be on to something. I always wondered why my dates seemed a little... tense.

I just figured they were totally overwhelmed by my feigned awesomeness, not to mention all the questions I ask!! That's what everyone else seems to say at least.

And if I cut eye holes in the burlap sack, will it still be considered a blind date??? (I think you and I need to start our own Dating Advice column. Neither one of us may know much about dating, but I think we're getting this kidnapping thing down pat!)
