No, The bible says,
"No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Be on guard! Be alert! You do not know when that time will come." Mark 13:32-33

and also...

So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him. Matthew 24:43-44

Amen to that...this seems to be forgotten...

because

Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation

reminds me of the Mormons who kept telling me to beware the apostasy
and you came to this conclusion without first reading and testing his writings???
should have just called this thread walt2000
If I was rude I am sorry! God Bless you.

If you were a true Christian wouldn't you have excepted my apology without remarks? But I am glad for the honesty. There is a reason why I came back and posted that and it was out of a kind heart. I still believe in Gods Word that no man will ever know the day of His return no matter how much people try to waste their time and guess. I am really glad that the person you said did not even attempt to put dates. We should never try to call God a liar by guessing what date He will come. I just know it will be one day in the future and we all should live as His word says so we will be ready for the day of death or the day He returns. Our time to get it right is now. I do not like being rude to anyone. We all need to realize we do not know everything and I think we all need to humble ourselves, and use our minds wisely.

I stumble when I think of someone as not being a "true Christian". For what is a true Christian? We all fail, that being said, when an apology is given with a humble and contrite heart then it should be accepted as such. We all fail and can not judge the heart of another believer. Perhaps there are other things coming into play here that causes one to react the way they do.

You are so right. I can not judge the heart of anyone and again I was wrong. Man, I just need to keep my fingers quiet. lol.. But thank you Imoss for your post and showing me not to be judging anyone. I probably fall more than anyone here and I should have known better than to post what I did. And yes, you were right! There was other things in play there and it was with myslef and I just should have not posted at that time. Again Thank you for reminding me of how our Lord expects us to behave. :)

Happy, I was actually kinda surprised to see that you had written that (I've typed those words before myself, fyi & been rebuked) It seemed completely contrary to who I know you are on here...Just as it is contrary to who I am... If you can understand what I'm saying & I was sure it was in the heat of things or an upset moment that it was written. On the flip side, when someone comes to us in apology we should have the grace to accept. btw I do think you are a beautiful soul!

I totally understand what you are saying. after I posted that I said a big OH NO! But by then it was too late. So it was bothering me and then you posted and I knew right away I was for sure wrong. I appreciate when I am showed that I have not been so gentle and loving as I should be. It was some personal things going on in my life with some stress and I took it out in words and that is so reason or excuse for my behavior. With that said, I need to say something.....

to Graybeard, I am very sorry for saying what I did about the Christian part, there was no reason for me to say that and I was totally in the wrong. If you will please forgive me.
So hopefully all is forgiven and that I will learn when I need to be silent, there is no excuse for my bad behavior.
I love you all :)

I was wondering alot about what may be ahead for all of us and asking God Our Father what can I do or how can I be ready?
Also what choices that I make may be bad of good?
God gave me a simple answer, You cannot know when, but I do. Commit what you do to me and Ill make sure your choices will meet the need.
Thankyou Our Lord God for a comforting answer.
God bless, pickles

Walt200. Well this is alot of information. I have a few questions.
1. It sounds like your interpretation of Revelation is that there are seven sets of seven events that parallel or are closely related. Am I correct?
2. The mysterious thunders are the key and must be understood by revelation from the Holy Spirit in order to understand the book of Revelation. Again, am I correct?
3. Germatia (the interpretation of numbers) is essential in interpreting Revelation and the core of that is the one through eight system that you have refered to. Correct?
The answers are yes to 1.
yes to 2.
yes to 3.
It is a seven Thunder ,seven dimensional look at a single event.Tying every thing together with a eighth Thunder.
By the way you see a lot for the firist time.walt2000

I gave my advice and opinion about it, but I want to know what do you think, please write and give your advice.

is the end on December 21th 20012.

hahahahah i love talking about this topic, in mathews, i belive in chapter 23? or something like that it says that no man , angel, or the son of god will know when the world would end...

and the hole 2012 thing is that he mayen calender "ends" ahh? well i belive it restarts, because if you look at the mayens and the way they had to study it, it is as though the earth would be in a straight line with all the other planets, which they are, but the earth travels in waves...

---------- _ --------------------- _ ------------------ _
-- _ -------------- _ -- _ ------------ _ -------- _ --------_
_------------------- _ _ ------------------ _ _ --------------- _

well picture that red line as the middle... and that is where all the planets are said to align..
but the earth is about 33 million years from that line if you travel right... and where not even going that way! we travel to the left towards the sun making it 100's of millions of years away from that

Germatia is a form of numerology. For instance, in Germatia the number 888 means Christ.

How do you know what I did and did not read and test?

I made 3 observations.

I stand by them.

1 - He gave us his entire blog

2 - No individual has a monopoly on interpretation

3 - the reminder not too add or take away from the book was reminiscent of some mormons I once knew who warned me to avoid the apostasy

You can start with the Bible itself. Get a concordance and look up the word "seven". Write down the references and then look them up. Take you time and write down a synopsis on each one. Then read your notes and see if you can find similarities. If you get stumped, consult a good commentary or study Bible. Then try it with twelve and forty. Those are the easiest, to my thinking. The more advanced numerology is very complex and borders on the occult--too often passes over that border. If you are interested in the more complex, I can try to find a good title, but I think you should try it yourself first.
