Fear is not in my vocabulary, Praise God!! I know that the Bible says over and over again to "Fear Not", so that is deeply ingrained in my phyche, and for this I am deeply greatful, because I know that fear has torment, and that is not for a born again child of the Most High God. I am also aware of the fact that Job said, "That thing that I feared has come upon me." That tells me that to fear opens the door to the enemy, so I choose to keep that door shut. Tight!! Thank you Jesus from keeping fear far from me. Amen

my greatest fear is my own righteousness; the refusal to acknowledge the free gift of righteousness and going about establishing mine through works!!
Like apostle Paul i constantly say, "that i may know Him only, and the power of His cross"

My fears and struggles change depending on what stage of life I'm in. Or maybe they just seem to change as I learn more about myself and dig deeper. I think lately I fear being unloved or unwanted by other people.

Each life experience I go through has taught me to worry less, and that is a comfort. I can look back at my old self, and see how I've been refined through the fires into something stronger. I no longer struggle with many anxieties that I used to stress out about. I can feel God patiently leading me forward, constantly reminding me of his faithfulness and love for me. It's a process. :)

Mine is kinda dark, but.... my biggest fear is being tortured and tormented against my will with no way to stop it and no help.

For real, its a terrifying idea, I mean that would be the worst possible thing that could happen to a person. And theres always the possibility it could happen, it does everyday.

I dont like live in actual fear of this every day, of course. I mean I have faced torment before. And it was awful. But I dont live in perpetual fear of it happening. But if I were to share what my biggest fear is, then yeah, its that. It would be the worst possible thing to happen to a person.

I dont think its so awful to have this fear, though. It helps me remember to focus on things that matter. Where as in my old life, I was sad about all kinds of meaningless things, now I feel happy as long as I have peace of mind. Its all I really strive for, for the most part : p

My greatest fear is that the BDF will take over all the other forums and the whole Christian chat will be one big firestorm of arguments all over the place. I see it happen occasionally in singles forum but thankfully we always get back to normal after a while. But every time it happens I worry that this time it might be permanent.

It's what you live in before you move on up to the doublewide trailer, with the polyester curtains and the redwood deck...

Not living the best life that God wants me to live. Failing to see, trust and obey His will. Although God allows us to make mistakes because He loves us and He wants us to learn, still offending God even if we don't mean it still sounds scary because it hurts when He disciplines us.

I was actually bitten on the arm by a brown recluse when I was a kid but I didn't even know it was a spider bite until my dad took me to a doctor to look at it because it just wouldn't heal no matter how much I cleaned it or put band aids on it. It didn't hurt or anything. In fact that specific area of my skin had no feeling, but just outside of the bite I could feel stuff like normal. Anyway the doc took one look at it and said its a spider bite and gave me these medicated patches to put on it and it was gone in like a week or so..
Even up here in the cold weather that happened to me too. I think it happened while I was asleep. Had a couple on my face and one on my leg. They wouldn't go away so I went to the doctor, I had to be put on an antibiotic.

I hate to even say it but I know every parents nightmare is to lose a child. Um other than that I guess being forced to watch one of the American presidential debates or being eaten by fire ants.
