Fulfilled in the sense that God doesn't attribute ancestral sins to anyone now as in the OT...all the names of those gentile clans of people reveal an ancestral trait of the nature of flesh when you study their names.
Now God has put all of mankind together and there is no special people. All have sinned. Iniquity is full.
There's a teaching out of sonship fellowships and I believe is truth.
There are only two men in the earth that God acknowledges now...Adam, and Jesus...and we all are in one or the other.
that is really deep and really good simplistic thinking. from adams transgression to the flood was only 10 generations. after the flood that came because all men were evil at thier heart and core, then came the Law through the promise of abraham for the isrealite slaves. the law is always attatched to adams transgression, it operates at the same principles " if you do this you will die" and in the law " thou shalt not..." and later the death sentances are explained in the same law. it is all based on adams fallen nature that fall is evident by simply looking at the first 2 men ever born, the first mudrered the second.
This shows an undeniable change in mans nature going from the image of God in genesis One, to made after fallen adams image and nature after the transgression. further it is moreso evident in Genesis 6 when God looked into the earth and mans thoughts and inclinations were only evil continually. this shows us perfectly the effect of adam and eves transgression and how it affected mankind who are all children of adam and made in His fallen or " human" nature that has both good and evil inside. there was a change that happened when adam fell and it was passed through pro creation to all of mankind making the scriptures true " all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God"
glory is associated with image, man fell short of Gods image because we are sinners made after adam and eve. what you are saying so simply illustrates the entire reason Jesus came to die for us and give us a new birth in the spirit, to make us into His image, being the exact image of God. adam was once but He followed deception and fell, Jesus was, is and will always look exactly like God, because He lived that out to the point of death never yeilding to temptation as adam threw it away for " a bowl of stew" or rather " a taste of fruit"
With Christ He did not sell out He fulfilled all the requirements placed on man as a result of transgression, or the requirements of the Law. Because the Law we Know is given to the mankind who is in adams nature, a nature that needs laws and rules because inwardly it desires what is evil. So the Law restrains adam in us, but when Christ appears he completes the law and offers something the Law never did, or can a new start, a new life, a new clean spirit and heart, truth for the mind..the gospel that transforms adams children, into the children of God who are made in Jesus image.
