Re: Donald Trump Promises North Korea with "fire and fury like the world has never se

Reagan quoted from a book about Jihad and had prior to his speech learned what he was dealing with.. That's the difference. A spiritual insight
Reagan also spoke about a possible "Alien" threat to unite humanity

Re: Donald Trump Promises North Korea with "fire and fury like the world has never se

Okay but God also had Moses set down law for his people. He also allowed Moses to order his people to stone to death a murder and his lover.. without order and law there is nothing.but people going crazy doing whatever they want. Hence why Moses wrote the Ten commandments to restore order among people and for it to be law.
But, Jesus was the fulfillment of the Law of Moses which was to prepare the way for the Law of Grace that Paul teaches about. The LORD showed this more perfectly than anyone could imagine when they demanded that the lady be stoned to death for committing adultery without any question--and they were only acting out of obsession for legalism, which is the same thing that drives many religions, including often in Christianity, and for Islamic militants, religious law is just an excuse for them to justify murder and violence and being tools for the devil that they cooperate with apparently willingly, most of them. People are obsessed with "justice," or others being punished who get caught breaking often chaotic laws, especially back then. Some of the religious laws seemed often bizarre, even Judaic ones. God/Elohim, knew this, and so He became the object of the wrath of God, His own wrath, and humanity's obsession with the eye-for-an-eye mentality, and allowed the crazed religious legalists, and the frenzied mob to put Him to death.

But, when the lady who was caught committing adultery, which was and still is a grievous, mortal offense (one that deserves the death penalty), was brought before the LORD by the mob demanding that He honor the law and allow them their crazed legalistic revenge, in effect demanding her blood for her sins, He just said, "very well then, stone her."

and He added--
"but, let the one who is without sin, cast the first stone."

This is the perfect fulfillment of the Law by God's Love and Mercy, personally, by our Divine Creator, Who came to this insane world PERSONALLY, to show us the only way back to Heaven.
The world demands the blood of "sinners," or those who break earthly laws, which can seem justified in serious cases, and may be justified. So Christ became the "sacrifical Lamb of God," in the Judaic tradition, the perfect offering to satisfy the wrath of God, and the wrath of humanity crying out for justice.

The problem with earthly laws without Divine guidance, is that they can be chaotic and inconsistent, with Islamic militants demanding the death penalty for those who dare to reject their violent religious legalism, and even here in America, many people receive the "death penalty," effectively for what might seem to some to be lessor offenses, such as the nice, law-abiding lady in the Mid-West who was sentenced to 30 years for selling drugs after being seduced by a drug dealer.

That was the death penalty too, only the stones were not visible.
And they were cast with the approval of a society that may not understand the consequences of the law, unless it happened to be their own son or daughter.

God will not allow the insane madmen to destroy the world. And Paul called the people of the earth, "Aliens," to God's ways, and who are obsessed with destroying each other and the earth. If there are beings who are allowed to serve God, there are likely good ones, and evil ones, like the whole of Creation. And however God, Higher than all, became a human-being as JESUS, through Mary, through the Judaic history of salvation perfectly preparing the way-- by becoming one of us with an commitment of 10 millenium or so, whatever form of being they may be, they can certainly not be referred to as someone foreign to this world. As Paul said, we--the sons and daughters of Adam and Eve-- are the foreigners or "aliens" to God's Way, Truth, and Life, and good stewardship of this only home we have, this beautiful and priceless earth--oasis in space...

Reagan just had a keen sense of human nature and an appreciation for irony.

Both are often mistaken for divine powers. :p

The woman caught in adultery is the most oft repeated story in the NT I think. And the lesson taught is that the men poised to stone her were convicted by Jesus' words and elected not to stone the woman. And that's also completely untrue.

Remember that Jesus was living in a time before the law of Moses was fulfilled. And remember that the Pharisee's were trying to trap Jesus to see if he would say something against the law, John 8:6. So Jesus knew that the law states that both adulterer and the adulteress had to be present in order for stoning to take place, Deut 22 22-24 and also somewhere in Leviticus. Since the woman was alone, these men would be guilty of sin if they stoned her. Because what was sin? Sin was transgression of the law. This is ultimately why Jesus was referred to as being without sin because He did not transgress the law and why these men dropped their stones and left.

If a man commits adultery with another man's wife--with the wife of his neighbor--both the adulterer and the adulteress are to be put to death. Leviticus 20:10

And they say the Bible is ambiguous.

If a man commits adultery with another man's wife--with the wife of his neighbor--both the adulterer and the adulteress are to be put to death. Leviticus 20:10

I don't really think North Korea wants to try anything. I think he's just running his mouth. About a dozen Warheads or so and North Korea would no longer exist

Re: Donald Trump Promises North Korea with "fire and fury like the world has never se

I would like for you to re-read my post, slowly. Do you know what "if" means. It's not a direct indication you do. You clearly have the belief America is the "lease hurtful nation ever" and it's far from it lol
Then YOU point out to me the nation that has been "kinder" or more humane than the US has been in their dealings with other bad actor nations......

Switzerland or Gelderland don't count... I'm talking about any of the big nations that actually could have an impact on another country.... Japan, Germany, China, etc.... The only one I can think of is perhaps Canada, but they haven't really been the main player in any wars I can remember.

Which nation has been more humane in war than the US?

Well many have speculated aliens may be part of the great deception. Aliens in terms of outter space beings who are actually demons. God will allow a great deception to take place but only time will tell what it will specifically be.

Not sure if I agree with the "like the world has never seen" part, but somebody has to get that maniac out of power before he kills any more people. If we wait until the missile is actually launched we might not have the chance to effectively retaliate.
hi Rossella,
excuse me??? does anyone have any respect for the President? a maniac? are you kidding me!! people wake up…i dont understand how Trump can be a maniac. he surely hasnt at all bombed his own people. not yet north korea as we see it

It would be in North Korea's best interest to back down. I hate to see a lot of innocent civilians killed because they have a psychotic dictator. This is the equivalent of Steve Urkel trying to pick a fight with an MMA fighter.

Re: Donald Trump Promises North Korea with "fire and fury like the world has never se

It wasn't a scare tactic.
Are you saying that Trump wasn't just Intereacting with kju and he Is going to do something?
Well, let me put it this way. You, yourself, have said Trump's unstable and unfit for the office and is crazy enough to do anything and so forth. Well, if you're not real sure what he'll do in this situation then you know KJU is pretty unsure himself.

When nuke's are involved, THAT'S a deterrent.

It's kinda like Hillary wanting to be a minister or really any democrat who might say they're religious. The voters are not too concerned with that because they know they don't really mean it. It's been that way with our past 3 President's. North Korea has known the USA has been all blow and no go. Only this time....see above paragraph.

North Korea has made threats before but they never had the means to carry them out. This time they do. This cannot be ignored. Trump and Mattis will try to reach a diplomatic solution but they are locked and loaded in case North Korea makes good on their threat

I agree. Trump has excelled at everything he ever undertook. He has built multiple gigantic organizations. And his buildings are well-respected as some of the best in the world He has also amassed a fortune that these complainers couldn't even dream of. In fact, I doubt many of them make even $100,000 a year. AND he has taught his children to do the same thing.

And these petty "ankle-biters" want to pretend he doesn't know his way around the world of dynamic power?

I know Trump said It was not a dare but a factual statement and that's what makes that situation dangerous. The reason I think It Is Is because over there, their military Is trained not to be afraid to die and the civilians are also not afraid to die,so then I don't think kju Is going to back down,I think he has been backed Into a corner, but then again It would be the ultimate embarrassment for them If he were to back down seeing how the people over there are not afraid.

Trump said he will see If kju does anything to Guam I think he said by august 15.

Will Trump continue to double down, will kju suffer the embarrassment In order to hold on to power after getting his military ready to go all out?we will see.

IF Trump backs down I would think that that was a mature thing to do,but alas,he doubled down.

Trump will not back Down he will blast North Korea off the map if he has too.. He is now a President that has to make it very clear America is no longer under the control of a whimp. He needs to reinstate the fact that America will not be taken advantage of and will not back down. If he backs down everyone around that hates us will be laughing their heads off and will be next in line to threaten us with bombs because we have so long looked like weaklings.. If he does not stand up now we are doomed...

I have heard similar things about the NKoreans, but I'm not so much concerned about the U.S. with this. I am also concerned that a complete mad man has the kind of capabilities he has and what a threat he is to Japan, the Phillippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Guam. Even India, Vietnam, Thailand. And if he's free to make threats to and kowtow a superpower, it will embolden him to spread his wings even more.

Re: Donald Trump Promises North Korea with "fire and fury like the world has never se

Fact: Nothing short of a full scale invasion is going to stop little fat boy's nuclear weapons program.

Fact: The results of a full scale invasion will result in little fat boy launching every nuclear weapon that he has on South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. Nothing good comes from this.

Fact: President Trump will respond to any nuclear attack by little fat boy with a substantial number of nuclear weapons. I believe that most of the US nuclear weapons have multiple warheads that can be individually targeted, so one B2 or one submarine can easily wipe out the majority of the country. The effects of this type of exchange would be a disaster for most of the area.

Prayer: God, knock some sense into both leaders' thick skulls. Do the same for all of those who are advocating either of their positions. Give our leaders the wisdom to deploy all the defensive weapons necessary to protect the homeland. Amen.
