I know with 100% certainty of my baptism in the Holy Spirit
because my experience and my walk are in 100% accord with
the scriptures from Matthew to Jude.

Fine but can you prove this "experience" and "walk" is of the Holy Spirit. In other words, if a Mormon "elder" told you that his message is approved by God because he was baptized in the Holy Spirit would his "claim" be enough for you to accept his message.

By the way, that was a yes or no question.

Yes the word of God and the Spirit of truth work together
it's all explained pretty much in the epistles

As for a Mormon making any claims that would bring forth a
guffaw of a laugh.

Wow so many opinions; so many possibilities;
so many maybes; could be; this happened to me;
I felt such and such; I'm not sure what happened but
it felt pretty amazing ...

And yet God always has only one way according to
his commandments; according to scripture:

3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope
of your calling;
5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all,
and in you all.
Ephesians 4:

one way
and how does Jesus himself present this one way?
He tells us directly how it is and by what manner we all shall know
with confidence and all be of one accord:

15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the
gospel to every creature.
16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth
not shall be damned.
17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they
cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing,
it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
Mark 16:

There you have it. Simple. Straightforward. Even uneducated
fishermen can do it.

37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart,
and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren,
what shall we do?
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of
you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall
receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are
afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.
Acts 2:

One baptism two elements: water and Spirit (John 3)
how do I know with 100% confidence that I have done
this by God's standards?
Exactly the same as the gospel and the first church
they all spoke in tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.
Are you able to drink cyanide and live to tell about it ?

Why would I want to?
Because do you not hold fast to what Mrk. 16:18 has to say about drinking anything deadly with in regards to the baptism of the Holy Spirit ?

Your walk and talk about Israel something something 1949 +70 years is 0% according to nothing. That's how i know you are probably wrong.

Sounds like you're self-anointed here. That's pride and very tough to overcome.

You have said it. Sometimes people will attack us without any knowledge from the Lord. Keep up the good fight...you have treasure.....

People really do hate the scriptures and certainly
do hate measuring themselves against scripture.

26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from
the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceeds from the Father,
he shall testify of me:
John 15:

where does Mark tell us that anyone should deliberately pick up a drink with poison in it?

you might need to remember what Jesus said to the devil when the devil tempted Him to do things OUTSIDE the will of God

you are playing devil's advocate and being quite childish and quite obviously lacking in understanding of basics

people think they are so smart when they do this type of thing and actually they advertise a little knowledge with no wisdom whatsoever

tell the dude about Jesus temptation in the wilderness and how the devil tempted Jesus to throw Himself off the temple and said God would save Him

there is no difference from that to what the child known as Carl is saying

anyway, now that he has been given the key to understanding, perhaps just ignore him. that will be enough punishment since he thought he was so clever

bye carl. you should not tempt God so no one with any understanding would do so

carl11 is not tempting anyone to drink poison, he is simply asking would he (waggles) die if he drank cyanide. Nothing more. It is you who is bringing up the charge of temptation. I suspect Waggles is refusing to answer the question because he is quite certain it would lead to his death, claims of Holy Spirit baptism or not!

There is much wisdom in simply reading the posts honestly then quickly comparing someone's post to Satan.

I’m not playing devils advocate with anybody and I’m not tempting nobody the point is that waggles made mention to the fact that the signs in Mark 16 are legit and so I’m trying to find out if he was to drink cynaide would and or could he live to tell about it. It’s only a fair question since we are discussing the legitimacy of the Holy Spirit Baptism.
