The bible does say:
Mat 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Mat 7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
Mat 7:17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
Mat 7:18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
Mat 7:19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
Mat 7:20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Mat 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
1Ti 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
1Ti 4:2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
Act 20:29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.
Act 20:30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.
From what I've heard Todd Bentely say re: Angels that speak to him and how he ministers violently to people, asking for monies for healings ought to cause any believer great concern regarding this "minister".
From what we read of Jesus' ministry to the sick, the hungry, lame etc... He reached out in love, He did not use violence as means of healing others, thus afflicting upon them injury. How many have left one of Todd Bentley's meetings having been prayed for suffering some type of injury from these so called healing sessions??? I would be sure to warn other Christians from going to his meetings, having nothing to do with him, this is nothing but the acts of seducing spirits.
There are many out there today who's "preaching" does not line up to the Word of God, Beware of them for they are deceiving spirits wanting to lead others astray by their false teachings. There are other so called "ministers" which are no more than ministers of men not God who stand behind and with Todd Bentley such as Rick Joyner beware of them also.
We musn't be silent in warning the Body of Christ of these false teachers, preachers among us whose goal it is to deceive many.
Let us be those who would help to encourage the Body of Christ to adhere to sound doctrine, if it is not written in the Word of God do not believe it.
