We have to feed on Christ's flesh before we can be resurrected in a spirit body.

John 6:48 I am that bread of life,

John 6:49 Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness and are dead.

(because they havn't fed themselves on the flesh of Christ, because they didn't know Christ)

John 6:50 This is the bread which comes down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die.

John 6:51 A am the living bred which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall eat forever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

(so we have to feed ourselves on the Word of God which is Christ in order to recieve eternal life, not strange flesh)

If Christ was the true bread or manna that must be eaten to live, then what is the manna that our fathers really ate in the wilderness?

Angel food.

Psalm 78:24-25
New King James Version (NKJV)

24 Had rained down manna on them to eat,
And given them of the bread of heaven.
25 Men ate angels’ food;
He sent them food to the full.

the WORD of God is the seed but too often the heart is not honest or good so no it bears no fruit but are like clouds without rain.
