Hey Rock022
On the contrary, you're the one who brought up this whole issue. And even my previous post that you refer to was prompted by many cases of Catholics posting heresy in our forum, and then other Christians getting the impression that we tolerate it since it's all over our site. We want to welcome Catholics and all but don't blame us for responding honestly when people post extreme error or heresy, and really promote it. Responding honestly to error is not hate.
I honestly don't feel any hate toward you or any of the thousands of Catholics who are all around me in this Catholic country. Nor do I go around correcting them all but when there's an opportunity to talk about God then yes I love to exalt Jesus and may feel the need to point out that we shouldn't exalt any other human being to the same level of Jesus (e.g., saying Mary is sinless -- you said your answer is yes to my first question regarding that, right?).
No dude, Mary was a sinner just like you and me. To say there was another sinless human being like Jesus is to exalt that person to the level of Jesus.
But we can argue til we're blue in the face. I guess you'll just have to accept that this site's statement of faith differs greatly with yours, and if you want to exalt Mary as sinless and all that, you should do so on a site that agrees with that.
Again, you brought up the whole matter, and even my previous post that you referred to was also in response to all the die-hard Catholics exalting Mary as sinless, as our intercessor, etc., and flooding our site with such error.
For us to openly respond to all that which is being openly promoted here on our site, isn't hate.
And guess what? For what it's worth, I actually kinda feel love for you right now. Weird huh?
Anyway I certainly don't feel any hate.
But we'll operate our site as we see fit, and try to keep a balance of allowing some open discussion, questions, etc., without allowing certain heretical groups to flood our site too much with their agenda. It's strange that you would say I have an agenda -- seems much more the other way around. But anyway, here's some love for ya:
Jesus is Lord!
