Not only did the Israelites worship man-made gods and idols they were also into witchcraft and what we would call today spiritualism. The whisper of the snake or its 'hiss' from H5172 can be seen in context below and in my previous post I likened the snake to the evil thoughts that enter our mind and tempt us. Jesus commanded the tempter to "Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve." Eve should have said the same when she was tempted.

I listen to everything you say...I just don't know when you mean what you say, or say what you mean. You have to understand. I'm an old man, and old men are fools. We believe everything people tell us...Heck, I wasn;t smart when I was your age, so I'm in doublw trouble here. Get my drift kid? Don't wast your time, and mine saying things you don't mean.

Everything except lamentations and ezekiel. now please go back to the issue at hand. If I wanted someone to tell me about the whole thing I'd do it while getting my masters degree. now lets get back to the issue at hand. Age doesn't have anything to do with lack of intelligence or a surplus of the same. but please lets get back to what I originally said "He didn't make them into anything to serve mankind, they rebelled and some were thrown into tartarus and some are the demons we know and love today. They were never changed into anything to serve mankind."
