...what's your favorite thing to have for dinner?

I mean, I'm trying to come up with 2 weeks' worth of meals to feed my family.
So, same thing.
Spanish rice!!
1 lb. lean hamburger (bulk)
about half of a green pepper chopped into small pieces
I use a little bit of diced/sliced celery, but only about 1/4 cup of it. Anymore it doesn't it taste as good in my opinion.
half a tomato chopped into medium sized pieces (in order to keep the juices from squeezing out I cut the tomato in half and slice it and put it into the pan as is)
If you wanna use a real onion, use 1/4 of an onion. If you wanna save time and just do dehydrated, just get about a teaspoon of dried minced onion. Or you can just omit the onion from it altogether
once the hamburger is cooked, use a can of tomato soup, and then I put in chili powder and cayenne/red pepper sauce
I like a bit of kick to my Spanish rice.
Recommended serving of rice for this recipe is about 2-4 servings. It feeds 5 people either way if you do 2 or 4.
(I just decided to put my version out since it's my favorite thing to cook and I think I make a pretty rockin' Spanish Rice. If there's any tomato soup I'm DEFINITELY gonna have it for dinner.)
