Sorry it took so long Lil! I swear I can make this blindfolded but as soon as I try to measure and record my brain is like maths? Are you kidding? I think I've nailed it now though.
INGREDIENTS
1 Heaped Tablespoons Butter
2 and a Half Tablespoons Pure Cocoa
2 Level Tablespoons Self Raising Flour
3 Tablespoons Orange Juice (or lemonade or any other sweet liquid)
METHOD
1. Put butter in your serving bowl ( a regular sized cereal bowl) and melt in the microwave 20 seconds.Add cocoa. Mix well. Add sugar; mix well to a loose grainy paste.
2. Add Flour; combine to a stiff grainy paste. Add OJ; press cocoa mixture into it with the back of a spoon to loosen. Combine well with a fast whisking motion until smooth.
3. Place your serving bowl on the edge of the microwave turntable and cook on HIGH setting for 30 seconds or until pudding raises all over but is still moist on the surface and gooey around the edges. It will look all bubbly on top.
It's so moist and gooey, and the bottom stays kind all runny, so I don't think it needs chocolate sauce. But add a scoop of icecream if you like.
ENJOY
