Hey all.

Ok it’s not a recipe
But it’s very food related, so I hope it’s ok to post here.
I bought a basic level kenwood food processor and - in short, it’s useless. It hardly even blends very ripe
bananas! I generally want to use it for smoothies (With frozen fruit sometimes hopefully ) as well as for some food processing for meals. I am Not wanting to break the bank, I bought this as I thought a kenwood should be a good brand. But it struggles with even milk and banana mixing! Can anyone recommend something that works well for most tasks and doesn’t cost a fortune please?

From years of happy experience I would highly recommend the Champion juicer. Sold in the USA and UK.

Although nutribullet is more of blender than a food processor but I think they have a newer version which is magic bullet.

The Magic Bullet Kitchen Express comes with a compact 250-watt motor and two dishwasher-safe attachments, The food processor attachment includes a 3.5-cup capacity work bowl, food pusher, and blades that slice, pulp, and chop. There’s also a reversible slicer and shredder disc for shredding veggies for salads, casseroles, and fritters.
The blender attachment includes a cross blade with two 16-oz. tall cups that can be used for making frosty drinks, nut butters, and pureed soups.

I have not used this version of processor but Nutribullet has quite a reputation with their motor. So if you want you can check it out first.
