All you need is one store bought or homemade angelfood cake. I box strawberry jello. I pint strawberrys. Koolwhip or home made whipped cream. Mix up jello in a lg bowl. Let set in fridge untill it starts to jell but is still liquidy. Put angel food cake top side down into bowl and set a heavy enough plate to hold in place. set back in fridge untill jello is solid. Once solid, set outside of bowl in hot water quickly to loosen and turn over onto plate. Top with whipped cream and strawberrys, serve. You and all will love this cool summer cake. God bless, pickles
