might be a good time to use them up before spring arrives!
2 pkgs of vanilla or cheesecake instant pudding
2 cups of canned pumpkin
2 cups of cold milk
pumpkin pie spice to taste

mix ingredients together until smooth...

for dip...refrigerate until set if needed...serve with vanilla wafers or graham crackers

for pumpkin cheesecake pie(use the cheesecake pudding) spread into graham crust and top with whipped cream

good way to sneak in a veggie snack and if you're diabetic, you can always use sugar free products

I got a leftover pumpkin that's been sitting in my outside patio since the middle of October.

If it starts to stink, that means that spring is in the air. Well, that's what Larry the Cable Guy said, anyway.

from our garden, mostly 'raised beds' or containers - home-made by hubby =
a salad made up of organic, beets, lettuce, sweet peas, a variety tender greens,
carrots, onions, turnips + = hubby makes an unbelievable dressing of organic yogurt, olive oil
or sesame oil, fresh herbs, fresh lemon - such a blessing, but not all of the work that most would think,
as we do what they used to call 'French intensive gardening', - the beds are very easy to make,
or the different containers you can find or come up with make everything much less labor, and the
big 'plus' is that you can 'cover' them up if a freeze should come, but still,
it does take a lot of dedication and determination to eat for good health in order to maintain a strong
immune system that feeds the heart and brain and organs:
all things are available or recyclable, it's just a matter of 'priority and will' and heartfelt education...

just take a look at 'Lynn's concrete garden' that she has shown to us at this site, it is truly amazing,
and so are her buds', that help her to make it all possible!!!
:rolleyes::cool:
