This is a really simple recipe that a friend showed me
Just cook your hamburger meat and add the taco seasoning.
You could make the biscuits from scratch if you want but I just buy the canned biscuits. Make sure you get the big ones
Roll the biscuits out on the table with a rolling pin and a little bit of flour.
Add your taco meat and whatever else you want in there like cheese or taco sauce or whatever
Then you just fold it up like a Hot Pocket, temperature and time will vary according to your oven but I put mine at 350. Cook for about 10 minutes and then flip it and cook for another 10 minutes.
Of course you're going to want to let them cool for a few minutes before you buy it into them cuz they're going to be nuclear hot out of the oven but it's a really good and easy recipe
