About 1 1/2 cup of your favorite frozen fruit
1 fat free (sugar free optional) snak-pak pudding cup of your favorite flavor
1 1/2 cup low fat milk, soy milk, or almond milk

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, add more milk to get your desired consistancy.

This is a great breakfast because it's fast, easy, and can be taken on the road with you. It's also a quick and cheap way to get your kids to eat a full serving of fruit and milk. If you use soy or almond milk, you can also get a nice serving of omega 3's
