Ingredients

Oatmeal (that you make on the stove) 1\2 cup should be enough
1\2 bell pepper cut into pieces
*some diced onion is optional
1 egg
Curry powder
salt

Instructions

1. The first thing you gotta do is measure out how much oatmeal you want, and if you want more than what I put, all you have to do is change the rest of the ingredient ratio to match your preference.

2. Follow the instructions on how to cook the oatmeal. Sprinkle about 1tsp of curry powder in.

3. While the oatmeal is cooking on the stove, saute the bell peppers (and onions if you want onions too) for a little bit in a small frying pan. Then crack an egg or more in the skillet and fry those up too. You can sprinkle some seasonings on them if you want to. Don't worry about the bell peppers touching unless you are worried then you can dump them in with the oatmeal, but it doesn't look as nice after.

4. Turn off the heat once your egg is how you like it. You can probably scramble them too, but I haven't tried it yet.

5. Put your seasoned oatmeal in a bowl, then on top of the oatmeal put your egg and sauteed peppers on top. Enjoy lol.
