1cup flour1cups coconut flour1cup Coco powder 2cups Stevie sweetner2 eggs 2 cups peanut butter 1 cup almond butter 1cup veg oil or coconut oil which ever is your preferred. Spread on sheet bake on 350 for an hour high cal workout protein bars

Or you could just go to Walmart and score a box of Nature Valley granola bars.
