I would love to find heathy recipes that use spices for flavor. Drop the butter and the cheese, give me something that uses cilantro, curry or thyme in a unique and delicious way.
Also native dishes from other countries such as India, Philippines, Brazil etc. would be fun to try! ( Even if the ingredients are hard to find, a variation can be concocted.)
