Oh, not seen one of those in my part of the world! What does a towel radiator do? (besides make a cute cat ladder, haha)

You hang towels over it after you've used them and it drys them out quickly!

okay, had to look this device up. Apparently they are also called towel warmers and can be used to heat up your towel while your showering so you have a nice toasty towel when you afe ready to dry off.......
