  • God doesn't just want more of you He wants all of you....

    Philippians 3:8 CSB
More than that, I also consider everything to be a loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. Because of him I have suffered the loss of all things and consider them as dung, so that I may gain Christ
    Jeremiah 1:5 CSB
I chose you before I formed you in the womb; I set you apart before you were born. I appointed you a prophet to the nations.

We are significant not because of what we do but because whose we are.

    Hugss dear woman
My Goal is God Himself not god myself.
If we seek to know God Just for our own personal development then we will seek to create a god of our own creation thereby a idol that wont require us to humbly show love toward others. When Jesus asked Peter did He love Him He even took it further to say "Feed my sheep." To truly Love God is to go after what God seeks after that is to seek and save the lost
    John 17:15-19 CSB
    When Jesus prayed.....

I am not praying that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one. [16] They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. [17] Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth. [18] As you sent me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. [19] I sanctify myself for them, so that they also may be sanctified by the truth.
Jesus submitted to the Word even though He was the Word made Flesh. He will never ask us to do what He hasn't paved a way for us to do by example. What a servant leader! What an example! I can submit with the right intentions because He empowered me to submit by His submission to the Father for the Joy that was set before Him enduring the cross. <Kisha>
    Psalm 112:8 CSB
His heart is assured; he will not fear. In the end he will look in triumph on his foes.
God's goal is not to make us happy, but to make us His.

Immorality lies in the desire of men to live self-centered lives independent of God, as when Adam and Eve took of the forbidden tree (Genesis 3:1-19). To become moral, we must kill our selfish egos through the use and guidance of God's Holy Spirit. When we see that our thoughts and ways are not His, we should reform and repent. By submitting to Him, we take a small step in being transformed into what He is.
