I have spoken to both my brother and my parents. I told my brother that if it happens again I don't want to be involved in it and I don't want to lie for him. He said that that was fair and he wouldn't use me as a defense anymore. My parents tried to ask me some more questions - I'm guessing...

I am in an uncomfortable situation at the moment in my family. My parents caught my brother smoking pot, he lied and said it was the first time he had smoked it, my parents asked me if I'd ever seen him smoke it before and I said no. I don't think it's my place to tell my parents what he does...

My advice would be to pray for them. God is the only one that can make them see sense. And you are not ugly - you were made in God's image and God is beauty so that can only mean that you are beautiful inside and out.

Theres not that much that you can do since you can't force people to change their behaviour, no matter how wrong it is. But try to remember that school is only temporary. Two years might seem like a long time right now, but it will go by so fast and then you won't have to deal with any of that...
