A Day In The Life Of God

And now the Spring is coming,
The coldness of winter blowing away.
Trees are growing green
And grasses not far behind.
The warmth of the sun upon our shoulders,
With lovely scents of lilacs in the air.
The days are longer,
God's love grows stronger,
With every rising of the sun.
Sometimes it seems so long ago
And even as often, it seems like yesterday,
It slips away and minutes go by
And change to years, without a glance.
Memories and thoughts of You
Always warming my heart without
A single thought of how or why.
