A Word for Diane Abbott

When journalists start to quiz Miss Abbott
It will be like a searchlight on a rabbit
She will become hard to locate
Like a disappearing date

A Word For Sturgeon

What remains to speak of wee Miss Sturgeon
Of patriotism fervent like the faith of Spurgeon
But when the votes have all been cast
Her hour of glory will be seen to have passed

Ok, foreign politicians now:

In France they clamour for Macron Emmanuel
With his lovely wife, the sexagenarian belle,
He claims to be from the third estate
But we all know he lives in arrondissement 8

we Love our 'English=counsins' dearly, but fear for their lives because of
what they have allowed to dominate their values/society...

just like over-here...much prayer is needed...

Its a pity she only glinted. Still one consolation is that we dont have Corbyn as PM and the Red Flag flying here

Its beginning to look like Corbyn only got that many votes because he is popular with
students having said he would get rid of student fees. Unfortunately the young don't
bother to question how he would have paid for that and was it actually realistic.
Most of Corbyn's manifesto didn't seem realistic, at least May was upfront and said it
like it was rather than false promises.

It makes no sense to go on a country wide spending spree with the Brexit negotions
looming. Corbyn at best would not have stood by his manifesto, at worst he would
have bankrupted the country.

The EU would have eaten him for breakfast!

More like eaten for Brexit! Can you imagine the Chaos if he had won? Just think of Dianne Abbott as Foreign Secretary,
or worse Chancellor of the exchequer!. We would be bankrupt within a week, You are right right about younger people voting for him. Anyone who cant remember the 1970's would be taken in by him

He struck a chord with people, May did not.

I thought it was going to be a cakewalk for May.....

Seems like a new pattern of volatility is emerging in society.

Just as job & workplace security has been washed away, seems like voter-base security is gone too
