One thing that is not clear to me is seeing even pastors getting divorce and remarrying again and I want to know if Jesus spoke against divorce or in favour of it depending on how marriage between a couple has been abused by either of the couple. Did Jesus say a married man or a woman can divorce and still get married again?

Meditate someon the proclamation that there is only one sin that could be unpardonable, that being the blaspheming of the Holy Spirit. With this always foremostin our hearts minds an souls we realize we should never jusdge anyone for his or her transgressions not for any reason... I would change my place of assembly if possible. Evenso, we are not to judge by appearances but with right judgment.....that last says it all.

All Jesus did was warn that if you do get a divorce for reasons other than sexual immorality and you remarry, you will be committing adultery. He did not say people could not divorce. He did not say people could divorce. His statement does imply that divorce for reasons of sexual immorality is okay. But again, this is implied meaning, and we have to be careful with this interpretation. So then, if you read 20 versus before and 20 versus after Jesus' divorce warnings, you realize that the context of these bible passages are about warnings and instructions in life. At at the end, Jesus declares that all things are possible, meaning you can't make it to heaven through works, but through God all things are possible.

Look. The bottom line is this. Only God and create the covenant of marriage. And only God can dissolve it. If the divorced man or woman honestly seeks God's will and ask Him if they can remarry, and if God says yes, then they may remarry. That's it. God gets to decide. Not your pastor. Not your former spouse. Not your children. Not your guilt. Not even you, though you can neglect to listen to him and get married anyway. That may or may not work out for you.

Here is a good book on the topic:

Just remember, the version of mankind's marriage has nothing to do with god's idea of marriage. Marriage is from the heart and soul, the two people becoming one in spirit. Anything else is pointless and fake. A mere contractual obligation. This is why so many fail, and so many miserable people

The laws given Moses provided the terms for divorce………… We do not plan on leaving the Groom one committed to Him………..our attitudes have little to do with the law in the regard unless the veil of mOSES IS OVER ONE'S EYES.

No, Jesus did not condone divorcing and remarrying. That's the sin of the Nicolaitanes and their heresy the one of the seven spirits warns us of. Jesus expressly called it adultery, don't do it dumb dumb generations of whores or else live in hellfire right here on earth and have trouble and risk going to the lake of fire for eternity hereafter and you will deserve it, praise Jesus.

We are told by Jesus, Yeshua, that we are to judge FOR OURSELVES what i right………..We are not here to judge others, nor to pronounce the sentencing of others, not in the age anyways.

I cme to love my parents in spirit and truth after learning of love by having received it fro our Father, thereffor, although I hte divorce, I do not condemn any members of my family for having had divorcs and there are many divorces.

Anyone who has broken the least of the laws has broken all of them. Always remember this bfore pronouncing on the sin of another, always., lest you lose the mercy you have received for not extending it to others. This is addressed to all who think they are above another sinner because the other sinner's sin is not in his or her past………..mercy.
