I keep my eyes on Jesus, I follow Him...I follow God's word....not the pope or anyone else. The pope, Mary, etc. can't save anyone...Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man cometh to the Father, but by me". I have His blood applied...I pray for the pope and all others... however I have no reason to keep my eyes on the pope...in fact...I rather turn my eyes away from him, because if I'm focused on anyone other than the Lord, then I'll get off track, and that's not a risk I'm willing to take.

Got a drive by blessing by Pope Paul in Baltimore about 15 years ago. It was pretty cool. Oh wait, wrong thread.

oh..it was in reference to the news...not to worship. Its obvious for those who are christian that your eyes remain on Jesus. As for changes in the system of things of this world... It was a suggestion for a topic... I thought it might be interesting since a friend of mine, an Adventist, made reference to it. I thought it might be interesting to see the changes that take place with in the Catholic church, as the crisis start to form in society. I found it interesting after my attention was brought to it...

I am a Roman Catholic and I do not understand your statement at all. What difference does it make about what crisis happens in society. The Catholic church just like any faithful christain church will always be faithful to our Heavenly Father thru our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever amen!
