Yea yea it seems like its totally an ego booster or something but it's not, maybe I'm just way too jelly but i hate when other people even think about looking at a girl I'm dating and if she's my wife it would be worse I'd wanna kick him.....really far then I'd get mad at her for being so cute, then I'd get mad at myself for picking the cute one, then I'd wanna hug her or something SHE'S MINE NOT YOURS but yea totally not a jellous person nope. It's kinda sad you have to add disclaimers to a joke on a Christian website.....or is it normal? Wait what's happening?!?!

I'd rather not offend anyone by being insensitive. So far in all my years here no one has ever pulled me aside to tell me I've offended them.... so it's probably more me that the actual site lol.

For some reason this whole thread has me thinking of cargo pants... and cargo shirts...

There is a comic strip called Pickles. It centers around the grandparents of a family. The grandfather has gotten into cargo pants, and even got a cargo shirt. "Now I have a pocket for everything!"

Grandma says, "Can you hand me a pair of nail clippers?"

"Sure thing..."

*Grandpa searches through various pockets...

"Uh... this may take a while."

It’s too early and I’m too lazy to grab the quotes and respond Indiana- indeed- instead-ONE BY ONE. Ongoing power struggle between me and autocorrect, sorry you guys had to see that...what thread am I in? Oh, right-

• Pipp! Skirts definitely need pockets. Somebody explained to me once that pockets used to be sewn inside skirts...or maybe nobody said that and I’m imagining it. There was definitely something about pockets and skirts and the 1800s. Don’t quote me on any of this, I don’t trust my memory right now.

• whoever brought up yoga pants- clothes that are designed for exercise don’t need pockets. Keep in mind I’m saying this as someone who doesn’t exercise and has no use for the three pocketless pairs of yoga pants I own and don’t wear.

• I had this vague idea this morning, because it was really cold in my house when I woke up, that a pocket could solve that; a giant, person sized pocket that I could climb in and be cozy warm.

• I believe that’s called a sleeping bag, now I’m thinking of it

•I like these little dots...and I’ve gotten off track because I’m pretty sure if I worked in an office setting I would know the proper name for the dots. I’m going to finish my coffee before I embarrass myself further

I once read this "oppressed women" article that was making a case that women were unfairly treated. I thought most of it was bosh, but there was one part that made me LOL. It said (and I quote), "Women do not make as much money as men. But that's ok, because our pockets aren't big enough to fit it all!"

Do you do any sewing? You can cut the bottom out of a pocket and add to it :). (Try it with a pair that is ready for the trash before using this technique on your favourite pair...the first few I tried this way ended in disaster). This way, you can buy the cutest pair you find (assuming they're not tight skinny jeans, and assuming they have actual pockets and not "drawn on" pockets) and add your own pockets.

Solution : Boyfriend Jeans.

PS - To be honest, though I like jeans, if I can wear sports leggings instead, I would go for them. They are far more comfortable!
I don't think guys can carry off the yoga pants look, so the inequality of pockets balances out.

The sports collections from VSX, Popflex and Sweaty Betty have pockets so you can put your phone in and even zip them up.
Guys already tried leggings and decided they were stupid. The era: Robin Hood :p.

Yes, I have had dresses and skirts with pockets in them, and they are usually a fuller skirt with the pockets being invisible. Quite a lovely addition to be in possession of, a pocket in such feminine attire! Of course, pockets would never work with pencil thin skirts, but then again, I have never worn a pencil thin skirt. Between those and high heels, I have no idea how women in such garb walk around all day

I would just like to toss in there... I don't wear pants , but I do wear skirts and they also lack pockets. I know real dressy skirts don't have them because that might be a little tacky, but casual skirts... what would it hurt to throw a pocket in the design every now and then.
RIGHT??? AND do you know how impossible it is to find a casual skirt that has pockets, belt loops, AND is wide enough to let you take a step and heavy enough that it won't blow up in the breeze? In my lifetime of skirts, I've found 2. 2! Really??? The pocket discrimination goes on. But in this we have the upper hand. While some of the skirts I've looked into buying DO have pockets, I have NEVER seen a guy's skirt with pockets ;)

I still don't understand how females walk in those things like they defy common sense lol they probably just rub their thighs together all day to move or something. You women and your weird stuff I don't understand half the crap you wear it's so weird just WEIRD like high waist pants how do you have pants up to your boobs and somehow not look terrible? That's probably the worst part you somehow manage to make it work xD

No, the problem is there are no real men anymore. "It takes a real man to wear tights."

Some of them get paid very good money to dress a certain way, the chic corporate look or whatever, but still, heels are hazardous to your health! When low rise jeans were all the rage, I felt like such a dweeb wanting my pants to come up to my waist. LOL! But that fashion went way too far in going so low :p Then again, when I was fifteen and making my own skirts, I wanted mini mini mini all the way :D (It was the late sixties/early seventies, and I was fifteen, what can I say?)
