Well, I have a really god one that takes up a lot of time... Usually an hour for the whole game. It would be really good for a specialty night... Like, if you have a lock in, it is a good one to start off the night. You have to have permission from your local police depatment to play it.
This is a game that my church youth group learned from a Kiwi when he lived in our town as a foreign exchange student.
We call it "Toilets and Chairs"
What you do, is you divide your youth group up into about 5-6 teams, depending on how many students you may have. The average team should be 5-8 people. Name one person in each of the groups the group leader. Usually who ever is oldest or most responsible.
You get enough large objects for each team to have one. Things like metal ladders, or long tables. They should be fairly heavy objects, but not so heavy as they can't be carried reasonably well. (One time we used actual porcelin toilets, which were donated to us by a local plumbing company, but that proved to be bad when the group dropped it and it broke.)
Take your groups to a spot usually 1-2 miles away from your church. (FOr us, that just so happens to be the other side of town) And leave them there in their groups. Each of the groups should have 3 rubber bands that the group leader should keep with them.
The goal of this game is to see which group can get back to your church the fastest, while still carrying their object. They CAN NOT just leave it in someones yard.
The part that makes it challenging is that you have 4 or 5 "seekers" driving around in cars, trying to find the groups. If a group is found by one of the seekers, they have to give up one of their 3 rubber bands. To be 'found' the driver has to spot them in their headlights, and yell the name of the group leader. The group is not allowed to run away once the leader has been named.
The group that gets back to the Church the fastest, and with the most rubber bands is the winner.
This game is best for small towns, because larger towns it is harder to do the driving around.
The game should be played at night. And MAKE SURE you let the police deprtment know, so no one gets in trouble for running through someones back yard or anything like that.
