It seems that in our day and age people get really busy.
Bogged down with life events, earning a living and dealing with issues.
We all need (or should get) a breather...some free time.

so the question is how do you spend your free time.
How do you make sure you get some "chill time"?

I don’t get a lot of free time, considering I work full time and a full time Momma. There’s VERY little free time, but I do like to catch up on my YouTube channels, watch some Netflix or well, get caught up on chores. I’m weird cause I actually like cleaning... but I prefer listening/watching music videos and having alone time. I make sure I get at least an hour of that every Saturday morning, and yes that means setting my alarm to go off at a certain time and having that hour alone time when I first wake up lol.

Gotta do what you gotta do with an almost 2 year old lol 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

Wow, two full time gigs makes it hard for chill time!! The reason I asked this question is that down time for "recharging the batteries" is a much needed evolution in our lives. That rest, or chill time give us a bit of a time to breathe. By NOT taking time to chill, the stress of things can overwhelm us!

we spend all of our 'free-time', our gift from God, being free!...
:):)
I love that! We just celebrated Independence Day on Jun. 12, and as i greeted a few friends and family, it was to remind that we're free indeed, thanks to the sacrifice of many before us. But also of our Lord.

Free time... I have much of that, and have had plenty pretty much all my life. So I can't really answer the part about how I make sure I get some free time.

How I spend it is mostly on music stuff. I'm a music nerd like some people are anime nuts. I would detail all the music stuff I fiddle with, but it would bore normal people.

I also play video games here and there, but not much. And I check this forum, another forum and a skype group chat I'm a member of.

Yup, that's about it. I know I'm boring to normal people but I like it. :)

During my work week I don't really have much free time but usually I will spend it on CC and spend time talking with my wife.

Well I take my Bible, say a short prayer asking, the Holy spirit for guidance, then I read aloud_ I found out as I read some verses just seem to make new wonderful meaning....just try when you are free.

Oh yes! I love to read aloud too, for which i have less time now tho, as i also like to hand write (notes) as i read, and sing some as well=).

Sadly I spend it being way too stationary. I slowly doing better but “couch potato” is sort of my currently accurate label.
