Life is a battle isn't it.
We all struggle with stuff, well I do.
There are those of us with hurts and pain.
Baggage that we can't seem to be shaken off.
Worries of life can weigh us down.
Some say hiw can I pay this bill, my marriage is in a mess, my kids have gone off the rails, I have health issues.
At times prayers are not answered and we question why.

Does God really love me? I am not worthy? Does my failings negate blessing?
Why would God love me?

Is not all well with your soul?

Please be encouraged.

God has not abandoned you and neither has he left you.

Deuteronomy 31:8
8 And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.”

Matthew 6:25
Do Not Worry
25 “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?

Matthew 6:30
30 Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?

Psalms 103:12-14
12 As far as the east is from the west,
So far has He removed our transgressions from us.
13 As a father pities his children,
So the Lord pities those who fear Him.
14 For He knows our frame;
He remembers that we are dust.

Romans 8:28

28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

Our Father promises to work good in all things in our life.

Do you, all of us know that God loves us as much as Jesus? Yes he does, it's true Jesus said it himself.

John 17:23
23 I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.

See God loves you as much as he loves Jesus.

If we can get the above and trust God for it then it can be well with our soul.

I pray the Fathers blessing on all who read this. He is for us, he loves us.

It is well with my soul

Amen, Bill!

We are always going through some kind of trial, some challenge to our faith or some challenge to life in general. God never changes as we learn to deal with sorrows, disappointments, pain and the myriad of emotions we may deal with.

At some point in the trial we'll be able to say it is well with my soul. It's as we entrust our lives to Him that we're able to get to that point. We'll even get to the point where we learn to rejoice as we struggle under the trial. Not for the trial, but we rejoice in Him and in His power as we're learning to deal with all the emotions and struggles that happen when we're waylaid out of the blue.

Thanks for the reminder of what a loving, kind God we serve who supernaturally helps us through those impossible situations. May we always remember that there is power is praise and thanksgiving as we live through those struggles. Jesus said we would have trouble in this world, but He also said, "take heart, for I have overcome the world."

Because He has overcome, so can we. We are an overcoming people of God! We're a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation a people of His own to show forth the praises of Him who has called out of darkness and transported us into His marvelous light! Glory to the Lord!!!

is there something you don't understand?
I'm a bit cynical when it comes to life being more than "food and clothing" for what those represent.

I'd like to know the answer.
==================================================

for us, was the way IT all started, than progressed, and then came the signs and wonders,
and then came many other events/happenings: no turning back for us, under any circumstances...

but, God is no respecter of persons, so to each He calls as He sees fit...
