Just finished a reflective essay on two clinical cases for emergency medicine and critical care. Just relieved to have submitted. I really do not like reflecting it is totally not what I do but I need to be a reflective practioner if I am going to qualify as a Physician Associate (Physician Assistant).
The course is really pressured another 3000 word essay for Adult Medicine in 2 weeks. Then from mid June an MCQ a week topped off with OSCE's (objective structured clinical exams) in July and an essay for behioural medicine. Ahhh I am not sure I can do it.
Every week we are in Monday to Friday except Tuesday when we are on placements. Next year is virtually all placements but I have an MSc. to collect data for and write up.
If any one is feeling kind please pray that the essay is OK and I manage to pass everything.
In a bit I am off to the cinema with my son and hubby to chill out.
