I was too little to remember getting my ears pierced. but when i do it again i want the needle method.
I hear the gun may sometimes shatter your cartilage and it hurts when that happens.
so next time im going for the needle.

Oh okay so you want to do cartilage; that's getting popular, I guess.

If you do want the needle method, you'll possibly -- probably! -- need to go to a tattoo and piercing parlor, if that's not a 'problem' for you.

Anyway, take care.

well I'm not sure if I will ever get another piercing cuz i dont have much money. and im not sure, but the needle way will prolly cost more.
so if the gun is cheaper then i may just have them do it that way if i ever get around to it.

Oh I see. It's true, anyway, that tattoo and piercing parlors prefer the needle method, in fact, they exclusively use it.

But some people prefer not to go to them, anyway, and maybe you don't, either.

Take care.

just the other day me and my mom went in one just to see what it was like, and also to see how much it would cost to get my tattoo re-done.

Oh right, so think it was nice? and so I guess that you and your mom (is she tattooed too?) went in as much about inking as about ear piercing, right?

Take care.

lol no my mom doenst have a tat.
we really just went in to see what it was like. and to see how much they would charge. they wanted like $100 to re-do the tat i have, and my freind will do it for $20.
and to see if they had any merchandise that I might like. Like patches and jewelry and such.
It wasn't anything special in there. they just sold tats and body jewelry.

Oh okay, I see. Anyway, because of the jewelry you mentioned, many parlors will do piercing (with a needle, of course) as well as tattoos, except that often it's not only ears that they can pierce, right?

Take care.

Great, thanks!

Anyway, folks, you see how there are different views on this subject; some ppl strongly feel the needle is better and safder; others feel that the gun is far better. So it's useful I guess to receive the different viewpoints.
