So many of us on Christian Chat have had to go thru a grieving process at some point in our lives as a result of some form or fashion of a loss in our lives... We've all suffered some form of emotional loss during our lives... After going thru a lengthy separation and divorce process - I found that being involved in Christian support groups (to include Christian Chat) is both very therapeutic for myself but also serves helpful for so many others...

This thread it intended to provide an initial opportunity in a friendly and fun manner (at the same time) for folks to take their minds off of any potential emotional anxiety, recognize that they are not the only ones, and to kinda help people to recognize that 'this too shall pass.'

So last night I took my son out for dinner knowing that I needed to turn off the news and find a way to lift my spirits... As I was talking to him about the divorce support group (Christian Coffee Fellowship) that I had met with for brunch earlier that day - I realized that everyone that was emotionally involved (half on losing side) in this past US Presidential Election will also need time to process and grieve their anticipated Loss...

So I started spit-balling some potential acronyms as a fun way to release my own tension... and soon found that we were both able to laugh and have some fun with it... He of course was real quick to let me know which Group Names were Good or Bad...

Here are a couple examples:

MAGARG - Make America Great Again - Recovery Group {this was the first one that I mentioned and my son quickly shot it down as a non-starter - that's when I realized we could have some fun with this as we were both able to laugh at the obvious state of divisiveness - beyond our control}...
CAVEF - Conservatives Against Voter Election Fraud
CRIEF - Christians Recovering Irregular Election Fraud
GRIEF - GOP Recovering Irregular Election Fraud

What are some of your ideas? While many may be suffering emotionally, I hope people may be able to have some fun with this...

This election was called by the press. I remember the hanging chad's from the State of Florida took 36 long, exhausting, agony-filled days to straighten out back in 2,000 before the election was officially called for Bush over Gore (till every avenue for Gore had been thoroughly exhausted), even though there was total transparency during the counting of the votes in that election, unlike the total opacity of the counting of the final votes that put Harris/Biden over the top in this election.

So how about IAOTIO as we wait for the official results
(and that for those among us on both sides of the political fence)?

Sounds good and agree... Love Yogi quotes! LOL, What is or does IAOTIO mean or stand for?

LoL, like 70.5 Million he was like an adopted orphaned uncle or like Clint Eastwood in a spagetti western where we welcomed a tough loner into our town to rid us of all the lawless thugs that terrorize our families and freedoms... And we are just sad in the unjust manner that the criminals are regaining control of the future with the fate of law and order in their hands. 😇😅😂
